Order Cancellation
Need to cancel before your WEMOH order ships?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your WEMOH order, please contact us at support@wemoh.com as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will help you cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. Once the package arrives, our team can guide you through the return process if your item is eligible.
30-Day Return Support
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your WEMOH product. This return policy is designed to help parents and families shop with confidence when choosing WEMOH baby car monitors, baby-tech products, and family travel essentials.
Return conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- All original accessories, manuals, cables, gifts, and packaging materials should be included.
- A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an eligible product quality issue.
- Original shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law or confirmed quality issue review.
Non-returnable items may include:
- Used milk storage bottles, bottle warmers, or milk storage containers.
- Opened hygiene-sensitive products or items that cannot be safely resold.
- Cameras, monitors, or electronics if the tamper-proof seal has been removed or the product shows signs of use, unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
- Promotional, clearance, final sale, or gift items, unless required by applicable law or confirmed quality issue review.
How to Return
A simple step-by-step return process.
- Contact WEMOH Support: Email support@wemoh.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your return request or product condition.
- Wait for approval: Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your order is eligible.
- Ship the item: Securely package the product and send it to the authorized return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your return receipt.
- Refund review: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund if the return meets our policy conditions.
Exchanges
Support for eligible unused items and product quality issues.
For non-quality issues:
If your item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by applicable law.
For product quality issues:
If your WEMOH product is defective or not functioning due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us within the return or warranty support period. We will review your case and offer a suitable solution, such as troubleshooting, replacement support, exchange guidance, or refund support.
Please include:
- Your WEMOH order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem, if available
If your requested exchange item is out of stock, our team may offer another suitable solution or issue a refund once the case is reviewed.
Refunds
How and when WEMOH refunds are processed.
- Order cancellations: A full refund will be issued if the order is successfully canceled before shipping.
- Approved returns: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Quality issues: A refund, replacement, exchange, or another suitable solution may be offered once the issue is reviewed and confirmed.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after your return is received and approved. Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law or confirmed through eligible product quality issue review.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@wemoh.com.
