WEMOH provides a 1-year limited warranty for eligible baby car cameras, baby car monitors, and smart accessories purchased through wemoh.com. This warranty is designed to support parents with clear, reliable after-sales care when a confirmed product quality issue occurs under normal use.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty period begins on the original purchase date. Please keep your order number or proof of purchase so our support team can review your warranty request smoothly.
Support for Confirmed Product Quality Issues
If a covered WEMOH product is found to have a confirmed product quality issue during the applicable warranty period, WEMOH may, at its discretion, provide one or more suitable solutions.
- Troubleshooting support to help identify and resolve the issue.
- Replacement parts when a covered part is confirmed defective.
- Product replacement when replacement is the most suitable solution.
- Another appropriate after-sales solution based on your specific case.
Conditions of Limited Warranty
To help us review your warranty request smoothly, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must have been purchased through wemoh.com.
- A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
- The issue must be reported within the applicable warranty period.
- The product must have been used under normal conditions and in accordance with the product instructions.
Relationship to the 30-Day Return Policy
This limited warranty is separate from our 30-day return policy.
- Within 30 days of delivery, eligible items may still be returned or exchanged according to our Refunds & Exchanges policy.
- After the 30-day return window has expired, confirmed defects may still be covered under this 1-year limited warranty, if applicable.
Limitation of Warranty
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Except as expressly stated above, WEMOH makes no other warranties, express or implied, except as required by applicable law.
Situations That May Not Be Covered
This warranty is intended for eligible product quality issues under normal use. It may not cover damage or issues caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, accidents, drops, impact, water damage, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product instructions.
