How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and pre-orders.
How long does shipping usually take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days for most local regions. For remote areas or international destinations, delivery may take up to 20 business days.
When do I receive my tracking information?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your WEMOH package on our Order Tracking page.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact WEMOH Support as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to update the delivery address.
What should I do if my package is delayed or missing?
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact WEMOH Support with your order number and tracking number so our team can help review the shipment status.
Is expedited shipping available?
Expedited delivery is available for selected regions. Shipping times and rates will be shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
Does expedited shipping include weekend delivery?
Expedited shipping does not include weekend delivery. Packages prepared on Saturday or Sunday will be handed to the carrier on the next business day.
Do I need to pay customs duties or import fees?
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your destination country or region. If applicable, these fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
