We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Since we want to send your items to you as quickly as possible, we are generally unable to make changes to an order after it's been placed. However, you can Email us to check your order status.
The product I ordered doesn’t fit. What can I do?
You can request a return within 30 days as long as the item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. A proof of purchase or order number is required, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Some items like used milk storage products or opened monitors cannot be returned.
