Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@wemoh.com before the item has been shipped.
- If your order has not yet shipped, we will help you cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If your order has already shipped, we can still assist you with the return process. Please contact us as soon as possible.
30-Day Return Guarantee
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item — no explanation required.
2. Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- All original accessories and gifts must be included.
- A proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- The following items are non-returnable, even within the return window:
- Used milk storage bottles, bottle warmers, or milk storage containers
- Cameras or monitors if the tamper-proof seal is removed
- Promotional or clearance items
How to Return
- Contact Customer Support: Email support@wemoh.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your return request or product condition.
- Receive Approval & Return Instructions: Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and an authorized return address.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item and send it to the designated address. We recommend tracking your return and insuring the package.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
If you requested an exchange and the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method and include the item price (plus any applicable tax), excluding original shipping costs.
Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges
1. Size/Non-Quality Issue
If the item was unused and in its original packaging, you may request an exchange within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
2. Product Defects
If your item is defective or not functioning due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us within the return period. We will offer a replacement or refund. Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos of the problem
Refunds
- Order Cancellations: Fully refunded if canceled before shipping.
- Returns: Refund will be issued minus original shipping and applicable taxes. Return shipping is at your expense.
- Quality Issues: Full refund will be issued upon confirmation of the defect.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@wemoh.com.
